Project Summary:
The WMUR-TV building was built into the side of a hill on South Commercial Street in Manchester, NH. Each year they would experience major water seepage along back wall of the building.
The problem would displace office staff and also disrupt there A/V maintenance shop, costing thousands of dollars in water damage. Rescon was called in to determine the problem and design a solution. The installation of our basement water control system along the back of the building completely solved the water problem.
One of the more challenging components of the design process was integrating the pumping systems into the existing layout of the facility without disrupting or changing the clients space.
