Here's my story! Two days after purchasing my home there was a major rain storm which fell hard and fast. Not living inn the house yet, the next day I went to check things out and found 3" of water in the basement. Dump pump still smoking. Well called Reason and said they would be out in a week. Explaining my delimere they found a tech on call close by that had a pump on the truck. Well in under 2 hours I had a new pump and the basement pumped out. They returned the following day and finished the job. Needless to say I'm a customer got life. They went above and beyond for me and I can't praise their professionalism in handling my problem. I have been a Rescon customer for 3 years. From day one they have been great. From the initial call, to the friendly staff, to the ckean and efficient work, everything is top motch. Typically i have only needed them for yearly maintenance, but recently we had a major storm and my pump stopped running. I contacted them through their web site, recieved a call shortly after, and an after hours tech was dispatched. Their prompt follow up saved me from a flooded basement and the destruction of personal property. Short answer, these guys are great."

In 2010 we experienced significant water in the finished side of our basement at a time of a series of torrential downpours. Prior to that we always had a tolerable amount of water in one corner of the unfinished side. After our experience we researched the best system for our home and decided on Rescon. It was the clear winner in our review. In fact, 2 years later we added a backup battery pump for redundancy. Choosing this system was one of our best decisions and we have not had a drop of water at any time since. We have the system inspected annually and have total piece of mind with it. In fact, this week we requested and got an expedited annual inspection as we are having a new walkway installed over the drain discharge pipe and wanted to verify that all was still in good order before the area was covered. Last Friday Matt and his crew came to install a sump pump and dry-well tank and piping. The temperature was 29 with a wind chill several degrees lower and it was snowing. They had to dig a trough 15 feet and dig the dry-well. They spent most of the day working in these conditions. When they finished they took all debris from inside and from the yard. They made it look like they had never been there. I had estimates from two other companies both of which were less expensive. We chose Rescon because they had done work on our street for friends we were not disappointed and would recommend them to anyone with basement water problems."

My basement was a damp and wet nightmare. We had someone come and "seal" it but it still leaked. My husband found Rescon through a Facebook group recommendation and we called them. The salesgirl (I loved that they have a woman!) was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel confident that she and the company could solve our water issue. They came out and installed a sump pump and drain channels around the basement walls. The crew was great and neat for this type of work. Best of all, our basement is DRY!
