Project Summary:
Black Tie Limousine was in the process of rehabilitating a building in Haverhill, MA to house their fleet of vehicles. Based on their high profile clientèle it was very important that the facility be perfect. During construction the client noticed substantial amounts of water infiltration into the below grade parking area for the vehicles. Rescon was contacted to evaluate the problem and design a solution.
The evaluation revealed multiple sump pit liner locations that were not operating properly. There was no sub-floor drainage or basement waterproofing in place. Rescon designed and installed a complete basement water control system that handled the entire facility.
The project was completed on time and on budget allowing the client to stay on schedule for their grand opening.
