Concrete Cutting – Lead Tech
Work includes operating and maintaining concrete cutting equipment. Must be familiar with proper setup and operation of both electric and gas powered saws and coring machines. Candidates should be familiar with proper techniques for executing projects from initial layout to project completion. Experience with foundation and basement type work is a plus. Must be hard working. Clean driving record and valid drivers license mandatory.

Basement Bulkhead Door – Installer
Work includes removal of old bulkhead basement doors, assembly and installation of new bulkhead doors. Installers will also be required to install window wells, basement windows, prefabricated stairs and steel entry doors. Candidates should be familiar with proper techniques for door and window installation, worked with siding and trim, be familiar with sealants and caulking applications and comfortable dealing with drilling and cutting concrete. Experience with basement waterproofing is a plus. Must be hard working. Clean driving record and valid drivers license mandatory.

Needed for basement waterproofing division. Work includes demolition, clean up of debris, heavy lifting, working with concrete cutting equipment and jackhammers. Experience with basement waterproofing is a plus. Must be hard working. Clean driving record and valid drivers license mandatory.

Service Technician
Looking for qualified service technicians to troubleshoot and service sump pump systems and various other basement products and equipment. Candidates must be reliable, mechanically skilled, capable of problem solving and troubleshooting issues, strong customer communication skills, self motivated, clean driving record and able to pass a criminal background check. This is a full time position with a company vehicle and benefits package. Additional responsibilities include;
- Providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products
- Maintaining high-quality customer service and care
- Promoting and quoting additional products and services
- Meeting key performance metrics and/or productivity goals
- Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service
- Maintaining truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
- Following the truck maintenance schedule and keeping a clean, organized truck casing and base trim

Project Manager/Estimator

The right candidate needs to have good communication skills, enjoy working with customers one on one. Eagerness to help customers solve problems. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Drive to customer homes for their set appointments. (3-4 appts daily)
- Assess the basement and design solutions for problems geared around our products and services.
- Must be comfortable with using iPad technology to develop quotes.
- Engage in conversation to build rapport and educate the customer on our products and services.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Share knowledge regarding products and services to assist them in making the best choice for the possible solutions.
- Using a consultative sales approach to provide quotes and perform routine follow up.
- Meet or exceed established NSLI objectives, maintain solid customer acquisition rates and achieve monthly sales goals.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager and/or Sales Representative
- Comfortable working with computer programs and other types of technology
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
