New Hampshire Women Magazine talks with Beth Murch 

This month we were very excited to see one of our team highlighted by New Hampshire Women Magazine. All of us here at Rescon Basement Solutions are very aware of how talented our Senior Project Manager – Beth Murch is and how valuable Beth is to our team. So it came as no surprise when Beth was selected to be in the Spotlight article for NH Women Magazine in the October 2021 issue.

Beth joined Rescon Basement Solutions in November of 2014 as a Project Manager. Beth’s primary focus was working with homeowners to solve their basement water and moisture problems. It became very clear that Beth’s knowledge and experience combine with a passion to make a difference in the home improvement industry would elevate Beth into higher and higher roles with the company. 

Today Beth holds the title of Senior Project Manager at Rescon Basement Solutions. Beth oversees a team of Project Managers while also managing a portfolio of projects and clients of her own. In Beth’s time at Rescon she has sold and managed over 5 million dollars in projects throughout the NH and MA areas. There is no question, when it comes to successful women in construction, that Beth has broken through the glass ceiling or as Beth likes to put “breaking through the concrete floor”. All of us at Rescon Basement Solutions, along with the thousands of clients who have worked with Beth, are very glad to see her recognized in this way. Congratulations!!!!
