Having a basement fireplace creates a finished basement space that is extra warm and cozy.  A fireplace can be added to the basement regardless of whether a chimney is already in place.  Whether it’s a wood burning or a gas fireplace or even a standalone stove, the ambiance created by a fireplace is undeniably wonderful.  During the winter holidays, a fireplace  really bring a fabulous air of holiday spirit and magic to the home. not to mention take holiday decorating to a higher level.  Happy Holidays!
