Our program includes the following service checks on each of these systems:
Basement Waterproofing

- Clean sump pump of sediment & silt – very important!

- Replace sump pump check valve

- Cycle & water test sump pump operations

- Flush & flood test perimeter drain system.

- Change batteries in alarm – should be done annually!

- Evaluate discharge line

- Check for mold & mildew growth in basement.

- Inspect & evaluate structural integrity of the entire foundation

Crawl Space Repair

- Inspect liner including all seals & seams.

Wall Stabilization

- Re-tighten all wall anchors/IntelliBraces – should be done at least once a year

- Evaluate & re-seal wall plates as necessary

- Remove excess anchor rod – cut anchor rods flush with wall

- Benchmark walls to monitor progress

- Inspect & evaluate structural integrity of the entire foundation
